I
was born September 1, 1976 in Denver, CO. I grew up in WheatRidge, a suburb of Denver. I have always been an active person and animal lover.
As a child my passions were being outside riding my horses, playing with my dogs and rabbits, riding my bike and gymnastics. I tried playing soccer for a couple seasons but a ball to the face ended my soccer
career quickly. I also enjoyed following my older sister, Kendra, and brother,
Donald around, they called it pestering. To fit in with my brother, he would
suit me up in full football or street hockey pads and then put me into play the positions he and his friends didn’t
want to play.
I
attended WheatRidge High School,
graduating in 1994. During my high school years I was a cheerleader and gymnast. The fall after graduation I went away to college at University
of Northern Colorado, in Greeley. Where I received my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, in May 1998. I started My Personal Training Company, Body Rejuvenation, in 1998.
In 2000 I decided to go back to school at Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood,
CO for Massage Therapy. I received
my Massage Therapy Certification in 2001. In 2005 I added another aspect to Body
Rejuvenation; I became a USANA Health Sciences Nutritionals Distributor (see links page).
I searched hard for a supplement company I could put 100% trust in and found USANA.
I
thoroughly enjoy helping people connect with their bodies through training, massage and supplementation. The human body has always intrigued me and I have devoted my life to sharing with others my knowledge of
this amazing “machine” God has created and given to us to enjoy.

I enjoy spending time with my family,
friends and my two wonderful dogs. I have five nephews and one niece that I take great pride in and try
to be as active in their lives as possible. I am very proud of all of them. Just recently my oldest nephew
Devin left for Marine Corp bootcamp. As hard as it is to have him away from home I can't begin to put into words
how proud of him I am and how I can't wait to see him at his graduation in November.
I met the love
of my life in October of 2008. His name is Ryan Palmer and he has been my biggest fan and support system. He understands
the time and dedication it takes to be an athlete firsthand. He is a professional football player. He has played
for the Colorado Ice of the IFL since 2007. Throughout his football career he has been awarded many accolades, including
Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2007. He is amazing and you will hear about him and see many pictures of him.
I also enjoy riding my Harley Davidson, working out, being a female bodybuilding competitor, hiking, biking, rollerblading,
reading and going to the many sporting events of my nephews.
